The highly anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey film has been pushed back to Valentine’s Day 2015. Originally the film was due for release in August 2014, but now fans have to hold on to their pleasure balls for a few more months.
An adaptation of the original novels: Fifty Shades of Grey, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, has been on the cards for a while and fans are hot with nerves.
The star of Sons of Anarchy and Green Street, Charlie Hunnam, was originally cast as the infamous Christian Grey. But just weeks before production, the actor back out, causing the delay. Author of the trilogy, E.L. James said it was “disappointing”, but wished him well.
British actor Jamie Dornan, known for The Fall and Once Upon a Time, is now set to star as sexy Grey, alongside Dakota Johnson.
Even with this change of events, fans are still excited for one of the world’s most popular erotic novels to be transformed to on-screen titillation.

You don’t strike me as a fan of 50 Shades.
It was an article I wrote for University! Not a fan at all hahaha!
Loads of people seem to say how sexy it is, but from what I’ve seen it doesn’t look particularly erotic in the slightest.
I read the books after being suggested them, and it’s not sexy nor kinky! It’s tame and boring!
I’ve heard they’re really badly written as well.
Yeah, I could’ve written better!
I’m sure that is very true.
